Dry edible beans
Connecting dry bean, lentil and pea growers to global consumers
The Othello, Washington, dry edible bean processing plant adds value to farmers' crops by processing, packaging and delivering 10 varieties of dry edible beans as well as lentils and chickpeas to domestic and international markets. As a farmer-owned business, Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ is unique in its close connections to growers that raise beans under contract for Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥. Beans processed at the facility are either marketed directly to consumers, sold in bulk, or packaged under private labels for other food brands.
